“We are what we think. All that we are arises with our thoughts. With our thoughts, we make our world.”

– Buddha

Your perception of reality, and the meaning of all things, places and people in your world, is your construction.

The pieces of this construction may have come from 1,000,001 places. Some may have been surprises. Others, inherited. Others meanings — the newer ones — intentional.

So what world will you create, in this now?

This isn’t about levitating dinosaurs or healing cancer with a touch. The most ambitious fantasy or skill, while potentially within your reach, is less important than the preciousness of the present moment.

How you describe that moment, this world that you have manifested, is the most important thing in the world. Because it IS the world.

When you’re at the beach, fully present, your world is the beach. The sun, the sand, the waves.

When your mind is somewhere else — any memory or imagined thing — your physical surroundings don’t matter. Your inner world, where your intention resides, IS YOUR ENTIRE WORLD at that moment.

Do you choose worlds that nourish you?

Inspire you?
