What big things are you trying to achieve?

And in the process of experiencing them, are you overwhelmed with too much info?

Building a skill to a level of expertise is like getting a PhD in your chosen topic in life.

Taking 30 classes at once makes it difficult to do well in each. In formal schools, you focus on 1-4 topics at a time, ideally harmonized by topic.

In life, to get an A+ at something, it isn't just the mental knowledge. It's being able to ace the practical exams, the pop quizzes that can come up at any time.

If you're struggling with what to focus on in what order, reach out and let me help you. I've dived deep into so many areas of business, health, energy, consciousness, fitness, community building and spirituality and can support you with a clear and organized map and plan to go forward.

If you have extremely good self discipline and just want a simple system, here's one to follow:

1. Organize all your areas of interest by category.

2. Prioritize the categories by your life goals and purpose.

3. Get very realistic about your bandwidth, including transition and down time. Note how many hours you have in a given week.

4. Calculate the rough number of hours you'd need to achieve ONE of your most important goals.
